Breandán Breathnach collected this tune from John Kelly and is it listed as tune number 115 “Gan Ainm” in Ceol Rince na hÉíreann Cuid 3 (1985), page 57.
James Kelly played this tune with Paddy O’Brien and called it the “Capel House” and he also played it with Tony McMahon.
John Senior sometimes played this tune in the key of D minor. The tune can be played in the keys of D minor and E minor. On the concertina John usually played it in the key of D minor.
