The sleeve notes from “John Kelly Fiddle & Concertina” album, Topic Records, 1974, states: “John learnt this very early in his concertina days, about 1925”.
Delia Keane (1896 – 1984), was John Kelly Senior’s Aunt. She was John’s mother Elizabeth Kelly née Keane’s sister and daughter of Mary Brennan.
