John’s Repertoire

John had a diverse repertoire of tunes collected from many different sources. Some were tunes associated with his family, others came from musicians he met throughout his life, along with some of his own compositions. He had a great memory for details and settings of tunes and I have tried my best to share the details he gave for each tune and the history behind them as we know it.
