The sleeve notes of “John Kelly Fiddle & Concertina” album, Topic Records, 1974, state: “The Gaelic name for the first tune is Bimid ag ol is ag pogadh na mban. The air was used by the Killarney Farm worker Sailor soldier and poet Eoghan Rua O Suilleabhán (1748 – 1784) for one of his poems.”
